Twin Form Release Oil is a chemically-active and ready-to-use form release agent that is engineered to facilitate the clean and easy separation of all types of concrete forms. It chemically reacts with concrete to produce an insoluble soap that promotes quick, clean stripping and reduced bonding adhesion, providing maximum performance when used with precast concrete, concrete forms, pre-stressed concrete, etc.
Twin Form Release Oil is formulated with a low viscosity, enabling easy application via spray equipment and providing high rates of surface area coverage, thereby helping to reduce overall production costs. Residues are easily cleaned and will not gel when exposed to cold environmental temperatures.

Applications |
N/A Apply Twin Form Release Oil to concrete forms by spraying, rolling or brushing, taking care to avoid over-application in order to prevent runs or puddles, which can lead to “bug holes” and staining; the thinner the applied film, the better the resultant appearance of the forms. Prevent overspray from contacting reinforcing steel and pre-stressed cables. Testing rates of application on small areas of white concrete prior to widespread use is highly recommended to ensure desired surface finishes. |
