Twin Draw 2530 is a highly chlorinated, heavy-duty, water-emulsifiable metal-forming lubricant that is engineered for light-duty to severe and extreme drawing, stamping, and blanking operations utilizing metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steels. It is formulated with advanced EP additives, emulsifiers, and robust polar ingredients, all combined to deliver a very high degree of operational lubricity. 

Twin Draw 2530 is inherently stable both as a concentrate and as an emulsion; it is formulated to be diluted in water for all metal-forming operations and will not separate under normal use conditions. Superior bio-resistance provides for long periods of clean operation. Unrinsed residues deliver in-process corrosion protection, and are easily removed in aqueous cleaning systems.
