Applications
Applications |
N/A Techniclean CPL effectively removes soils such as emulsions and synthetic metalworking fluids, light and medium viscosity metalworking oils, swarf, dust and dirt, oily- and thin-film rust preventives, hydraulic and lubricating oils, and flux residues. It is suitable for use in cleaning equipment such as spray and flood wash. Techniclean CPL is multi-metal compatible as it is safe to use on ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. This product leaves a light oily film that provides in-process corrosion protection and lubrication for subsequent operations. |
Application Procedure
Application Procedure |
N/A
Make up an emulsion by adding the Techniclean CPL to agitated water (preferably heated). Check concentration, pH and bath level regularly, especially if used hot. To reduce the risk of stability and corrosion issues caused by increasing contamination of water hardness and corrosive salts (e.g. chloride) it is recommended to fill up evaporation losses with deionised water. The protective film must be completely dried before packaging. |
