Applications

 N/A Techniclean MP 2 is a multi-purpose process cleaner for precision cleaning of most metals, even sensitive aluminium alloys. It cleans to the most demanding specifications in a wide range of modern equipment, which includes spray and intensive flood wash as well as all types of dip and ultrasonic applications.

Techniclean MP 2 effectively removes soluble oils, light duty neat cutting or forming oils, lubrication oils, soft film corrosion preventives, swarf and general dirt.

Recommended Concentrations

 N/A Spray: 2 - 5%, up to 3 bar/50 psi
Flood Wash: 2 - 5%, up to 12 bar/200 psi
Dip/Ultrasonic: 2 - 5%

Optimum conditions of use are depending on the detailed application requirements and the amount and nature of the soil being removed.

Storage and Handling

 N/A To avoid product deterioration always keep the container/drum tightly sealed. Store the product in a cool, dry place awayfrom direct sunlight. Prevent exposure to frost and avoid water ingress. For optimum product stability, it is preferable tostore the product indoors between 5°C and 45 °C / 41°F and 113°F.
