Twin Emulsion RP-75 is an emulsifiable soluble oil based rust preventative for use in spray washers. The resulting thin oily film provides indoor protection of steel, cast iron, or galvanized surfaces for up to six months. The material is primarily designed for use in three stage clean/rinse/rust protect systems but can be used alone in single stage spray washers if cleaning requirements are limited.

 N/A Twin Emulsion RP-75 should be used between 4-10% by volume depending on the length of protection desired. It can be used between 80 and 180 ºF. Higher temperatures reduce drying time and the need for air blow off. Concentrations can be determined by refractometer or by acid split.
