Twin Lubri-Kool 4800 is a totally synthetic machining and grinding fluid with excellent extreme pressure lubrication. Twin Lubri-Kool 4800 contains a unique blend of water soluble additives, which provide lubricity for the toughest machining operations including sawing, turning and pipe threading yielding long tool life and excellent finishes. Twin Lubri-Kool 4800 provides rust protection of machined parts at concentrations as low as 3% by volume along with the ultimate cooling power of water. Being totally synthetic, Twin Lubri-Kool 4800's clear solution allows for a clear view of the work and clean machines.

 N/A Twin Lubri-Kool 4800 should be used between 3-10% by volume in central systems or individual sumps depending on lubricity required. Systems should thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to charging. The concentration can be determined by refractometer using a factor of 4.0 or by titration with mild acid.
