Twin Kut 75 has been developed for machining high alloy steels. It is ideally suited for heavy duty machining of nickel and titanium alloys - alloys used in jet engines, exotic alloy fasteners and space age alloys. Ordinary heavy duty cutting oils can be used to machine these alloys, but very often they increase the chance of inter-granular corrosion and weakened metal structure.

 N/A The base oils used in Twin Kut 75 are premium grade refined stocks. Twin Kut 75 contains 21% chlorine. The carrier for the chlorine has outstanding penetrating and wetting-out characteristics which provide rapid cooling. The high chlorine content is a stable and especially effective anti-weld and extreme pressure additive.

Another feature of Twin Kut 75 is its ability to be used as an additive to other cutting oils where more chlorine is desired.
